Hi my young historians! Welcome to the first American History Rules! Podcast of the 08-09 school year, hosted by Mr. Taft at University School of Milwaukee. Podcasting is a great way to share information and updates about class, provide content for class assignments and activities, present review materials for tests and quizzes, showcase some student work, and teach about the positive uses of technology in and out of the classroom. I hope to use the podcast more frequently as the year progresses. The target audiences are my 8th grade young historians and their parents, but there may be additional listeners who find some of the material interesting or helpful … or simply enjoy the melodic sound of my voice.
